# Onboarding required

When you are not yet trained and onboarded to use the platform you will receive the following error after ordering a Bot extension using your Managed Voice account.

Make sure to contact your wholesaler or, when you are wholesaler, contact Enreach to schedule for a training. For Enreach NL you can plan your training in the [Academy](https://academy.enreach.com).
