# SmartIVR einrichten

### Voraussetzungen / Vorbereitung in Operator

Folgende Voraussetzungen müssen erfüllt sein, um einen Dienst oder eine Funktion auf der DialoX Plattform administrieren zu können:

* Der Dienst muss vorab für den Kunden[ in Operator gebucht](/enreach-contact/buchung-und-konfiguration/1-buchung-in-operator.md) worden sein.
* Sie müssen [Zugang ](/enreach-contact/enreach-contact-or-dialox/bevor-es-losgeht-kollegen-einladen.md)zum [DialoX Studio](/enreach-contact/enreach-contact-or-dialox/begriffe-operator-enreach-contact-dialox.md#dialox-studio) in der Rolle als [Environment Manager und Producer](/enreach-contact/enreach-contact-or-dialox/dialox-grundlagen/rollen-und-rechte.md) für das [Customer Environment](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] haben, in dem Sie den Dienst konfigurieren möchten.
