# C) WhatsApp Einladungs-Template

Die WhatsApp-Nachricht, die einem Anrufer aus der IVR heraus geschickt wird, muss zuvor als WhatsApp Template angelegt und von META/WhatsApp freigegeben sein. 

Während die Auswahl bereits vorgefertigter Templates aus unserer Plattform heraus erfolgt, müssen das Anlegen neuer Templates oder das Verändern der Templates in der 360dialog-Plattform[^1] erfolgen.
