# Navigation / Ansichten

Innerhalb der [DialoX Plattform](https://studio.dialox.ai) gibt es verschiedene Ansichten:

  Die dem Partner vorbehaltene Ansicht, um eigene Kollegen auf Partnerebene hinzuzufügen oder um die Accounts, Environments, Bots und Channels seiner Kunden einzusehen und dorthin zu navigieren.
* [Studio](#studio)\
  Die Ansicht auf Kundenebene (genauer: [Customer-Environment](/enreach-contact/enreach-contact-or-dialox/dialox-grundlagen/dialox-account-struktur-und-begriffe.md#customer-environment)-Ebene), um die Dienste der Kunden zu konfigurieren. Nur hier können Sie Nutzer des Kunden dem jeweiligen Kunden-Environment hinzufügen.
* [Inbox](#inbox)\
  Für Dienste mit Chat-Anwendungen die Ansicht für Agenten und Operatoren in den Posteingang zum Beobachten und Beantworten eingehender Chat-Nachrichten.
