# The Content section

Everything the receptionist knows and says lives in the Content section. This page gives an overview of its 13 sections, with a deep dive per section.

Open the bot in DialoX Studio and click **Content** in the left menu (under *Configure*). The Guided Setup filled in most of these sections. Here you can change them in more detail.

## How the editor works

* **The left list** holds the 13 sections. Most sections are lists you can open, reorder by dragging, delete with the bin icon, or extend with **Add**.
* **Save** becomes active as soon as you change something. Saving writes your change to the **draft**.
* **Publish** makes the draft live. It's greyed out while you have unsaved changes.
* **The right pane** has **Preview** (talk to the draft bot), **Prompts** and **Test transcript**. The channel selector at the top of the preview switches between **Telephony**, **Chat widget**, **PWA** and **Whatsapp**.

Click a section name for a deep dive: every field, what it does in a conversation, and test results from the chat preview.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Facts go in Company and Topics, behaviour goes in Persona.** The receptionist only answers from what's in 1. Company and 5. Topics. Use 10. Persona → *Instructions for the AI* for do's and don'ts, not for facts.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Chat preview tests can reach real people.** A hand-over in the preview is a real escalation: the colleagues in the inbox get notified. Warn them before you test hand-overs.
