# 2. Create the bot in DialoX

Open the new extension in DialoX Studio and create a bot from the Smart Receptionist template.

## Open DialoX Studio

The fastest way in is from Operator:

1. Open the customer and go to **Enreach Contact → Extensions**.
2. Find the new Smart App extension and click **Edit In Studio**.

DialoX Studio opens in a new tab, signed in with your Enreach account, on the customer's **Home** page.

You can also go to [studio.dialox.ai](https://studio.dialox.ai) directly and sign in. If you have access to several customers, switch with the customer menu at the top left.

## Create the bot

### Find the new licence

On **Home**, every extension order is a licence block, for example **Level 3 – Professional · Extension order 3157347**. A new licence is empty. The chips below it show the extension number and a **Connect to Whatsapp** link.

Click **Add new** in the empty licence.

### Choose the Smart Receptionist template

Scroll down the list of templates and choose **Smart Receptionist**: *Receptionist that routes callers to departments and colleagues, answers from knowledge and takes messages* (Level 3 – Professional).

### Enter the bot details

* **Name.** Pre-filled with the extension name.
* **Languages.** The languages the receptionist speaks. You can add more.
* **Country.** The country the customer is based in.
* **Connect phone number.** The extension from the order, filled in automatically.

Click **Create bot**. You can change all of these later.

### Start the Guided Setup

DialoX shows **Bot created!** and opens the bot's **Dashboard**. Click **Guided setup** at the top of the left menu.
