# 1. Order the extension in Operator

Order a Smart App – Professional extension in Operator for the customer who will use the Smart Receptionist.

The Smart Receptionist runs on a **Smart App – Professional** extension in the customer's Enreach Contact environment. You order it in Operator like any other extension.

**Placing the order is billable.** Orders with today's start date are delivered right away, and monthly costs start from that date. Check the customer, product and add-ons on the **Confirm** step before you click **Place order**.

### Open the extension order form

In Operator, go to **Ordering → Enreach Contact → Extension**.

### Select the customer and product (Stocktaking)

1. **Customer.** Select the customer. If you opened the form from the customer's page, it's already filled in.
2. **Start date.** Leave it on today to have the extension delivered right away, or pick a later date.
3. **Portfolio.** **Enreach Contact**.
4. **Product.** **Smart App – Professional**.
5. **Reference** (optional). Your own order reference.

Click **Next step**.

### Choose add-ons

Tick the add-ons the customer needs:

| Add-on                                                    | When to choose it                                                                                |
| --------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Whatsapp Channel**                                      | The receptionist should also answer on WhatsApp.                                                 |
| **Chat channel**                                          | The receptionist should also answer the chat widget on the customer's website.                   |
| **1.000 / 2.500 / 10.000 AI-minutes**                     | Bundles of inbound AI minutes for calls.                                                         |
| **1.000 Webchat/WhatsApp conversations (excl templates)** | A bundle of chat conversations.                                                                  |
| **1.000 SMS messages**                                    | A bundle of text messages (SMS). Emergency SMS alerts and call deflection links are sent by SMS. |
| **Contact Connect for Dialox**                            | Contact Connect integration.                                                                     |

In our test, ticking **Chat kanaal** disabled the **1.000 Webchat/WhatsApp conversaties** option. Check with your Enreach contact how conversation bundles combine with the channel add-ons.

### Create the extension

1. **Extension number.** A free number. The **Active extension numbers** list shows the numbers already in use.
2. **Name.** For example *Smart Receptionist*. This name appears in Operator and in DialoX.

### Confirm and place the order

The **Confirm** page summarises the customer, start date, extension, monthly costs and one-off costs (**VoiceBot Setup**).

Scroll down and click **Place order**.

### Check the subscription

Operator opens the **Subscription details** of the new extension. With a start date of today, **Status** shows **Delivered**.
