Onboarding required

Ordered extension cannot be configured

When you are not yet trained and onboarded to use the platform you will receive the following error after ordering a Bot extension using your Managed Voice account.

Make sure to contact your wholesaler or, when you are wholesaler, contact Enreach to schedule for a training. For Enreach NL you can plan your training in the Academy.

Where are my CDRs?

Once you start calling with your MV3 orders your CDR's will start counting. You can find your CDR's in the menu on the left side under your Operator details as shown down below:

When a dial is done using a SIP Invite, the bot will stay "in between" and therefore adds to the billing of this call, whereas a SIP Refer will stop incurring cost after the handover.

If Operator doesn't show any CDR's make sure to open the filter function in the top right corner. This will open up a filter to specify the user, date, type, incoming vs. outgoing and many more filter functions. For reference:
