# Channels

All connected frontend channels will be displayed here. The type can vary between Telephony, Whatsapp, Chatwidget, PWA, Sandbox and more. Get insights into Type, Bot name, Identifier, Account and date of creation. By clicking on a specific Bot, you will be directly redirected to the Bot you have selected.

{% hint style="info" %}
The reason you see Channels, is accompanied with the access you have as a user to an Environment (to which you are allowed with specific roles). There are Bots in each Environment, with connected Channels.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://manuals.dialox.ai/administration/channels.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
