How to add additional columns to your contacts list

It is possible to add additional columns to your Contacts list to match it with your CRM database, or simply to register extra information from your customer. You might want to add a company name or note the corresponding CRM customer number.

You will need the Developer role within the studio to be able to do this

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Studio

  3. Add contact field

  4. Fill in Field with a lower case

  5. Fill in Label with a capital case
