To get your WhatsApp API code and connect it to the Social Inbox bot you need to go through the following steps:

  1. Check if you have Administrator rights to the company's Facebook business account

  2. Connect to WhatsApp at the license in the DialoX studio

  3. Complete the WhatsApp Business registration of our 360dialog partner

  4. Make sure to verify your Facebook Business account

1. Check if you have Administrator rights to the company's Facebook business account

Go to and log in. You will either get on your Meta Business Suite main page, or it will suggest to make a new Business account. If you need to make a Business account you can choose to do so there, or through the 360Dialog registration flow.

When you get to the Meta Business Suite page, you can click on the arrow under the Meta Business Suite logo. Here you will see the Business Accounts you have access to. Click on the cogwheel and you will see the list of people who have access to the Business account.

You need to have Administrator rights to be allowed to go through the 360Dialog registration

2. Enable the WhatsApp channel linked to the order

Go to the DialoX Studio, find your order and click on 'Connect to Whatsapp'

3. Complete the WhatsApp Business registration of our 360Dialog partner

Sign up with our partner 360Dialog by following the steps below.

We advise to use an email address that multiple people can access, so more than one person can make changes in templates or the displayed company information in WhatsApp.

Sign up and verify your account through the code you will receive in your email.

Continue with your Facebook account and click through the screens.

Your Meta Business account should be available to choose. If this is not the case, you do not have a Business account yet OR you do not have sufficient rights on the Meta Business account.

Make a Business account during this registration and connect your Business page later OR arrange the administrator rights to the Business account

When you create a new Business page during the registration you will choose the Create option and go through the following screens.

It will ask you to create or select a WhatsApp Business Account and/or WhatsApp Business Profile. Here you choose the create option for both.

Create your Whatsapp Business profile by filling in the next screen. This will be the name which will be visible for everyone within WhatsApp.

Fill in the chosen number for WhatsApp. This number will receive a phonecall from an English phone number and will give you a 6 digit code.

We advice to use the main phone number of your company because your customers already know you through that number. The number temporarily cannot have a Welcome message or a menu at the start. This will block you from receiving the 6 digit verification code.

The call will always come from a +44 number so you may choose to forward all +44 numbers to your own phone to receive the confirmation code without disturbing your number plan.

You will see a waiting screen after filling in the correct code. It will create your WhatsApp profile and API code within 360Dialog. This can take up to 5 minutes.

After approximately 5 minutes everything will have been created and you will have to give Enreach permission to access the receive the API code.

At this moment in time it will not continue to the authorisation screens above. When you get an error message after the 5 minute wait, close the pop-up, restart the 'Connect to WhatsApp' in the DialoX studio, and you will get the authorization screen.

After the selected number is submitted you can refresh the page in the studio and your new WhatsApp number will be connected through the API with our studio.

4. Make sure to verify your Facebook Business account

If you have made a Facebook Business account for this connection, either on or during the registration, you have to make sure to verify your account. Steps explained in the .
