Availability settings

When you have a user account with the Operator role you need to make sure that the bot is aware of your office hours (see profile settings) and your availability. This way, the bot can take into account your presence whenever a contact tries to reach out to you.

Your availability settings will take presence over your working hours. So when you configure yourself to be Unavailable, the bot will not notify you of incoming conversations. For instance in the situation you are temporarily not at your desk or on a lunch break.

When you want to set yourself to unavailable during office hours, you can choose to select Unavailable. If you only want to be disturbed by your colleagues (using Reassign) you can set your status to Invisible. This way visitors cannot see your presence.
