You can find your current outbound campaigns sent with a side panel view in the menu on the left. In the overview you will see a number of details including the sent, failed and sent messages. Click on one of the campaigns to expand the right panel for additional information. Including an example of the campaign.

There is also a calender function for you to filter out the dates on which you want to get insights to. These can be found in the topmenu bar under "last 7 days".

How to set up a campaign

Setting tags

To start a campaign we will first have to describe it in our tags. The tags will help you speed up your marketing process and sort by group efficiently. Let's take a Summer/Winter campaign as an example.

Use the following steps to set up your campaign tag:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Tags

  3. Click on Add tag group

  4. Give it a specific campaign name

  5. Make sure to have the toggle show in inbox / contacts sidebar" on

  6. Set the Summer & Winter tags as shown down below

Grouping contacts based on tags

Categorise based on your campaign by making a selection of your contacts. By selecting certain contacts you can use the bar below to define your tags and place them on your selection.

How to set tags:

  1. Click on Contacts

  2. Click on the Select button in the bottom taskbar

  3. Select your contacts

  4. Click on Set tag to start setting tags for your campaign

  5. Select the specific campaign for the selected contacts

  6. Click on Save

To filter out the contacts which have been tagged for the Summer campaign, simply click on the Tag button in the top of the screen. Click on Summer to get a quick overview. Below is an example of how the filter function works. This will also allow you to differentiate your campaigns, therefore you can also easily get your contacts filtered for a Winter campaign.

Sending your campaign

Once you have successfully followed all the steps above, its time to start sending your campaign.

How to send the campaign:

  1. Click on Select

  2. Click on Send Whatsapp Template

  3. Choose your campaign template

After selecting your campaign template you can fill it in accordingly and click on send. You have now successfully sent a campaign!

There are certain default tags which have been set on the contacts such as System tags, User tags and Whatsapp tags, find more about these tags .
